How do I import contacts from Gmail?

Step 1: Export Contacts from Gmail

  1. Sign in to Gmail.
  2. Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
  3. Click Export in the lower-left corner of your Contacts list.
  4. Choose whether to export all contacts or only one group.
  5. Select Outlook's CSV format.
  6. Click Export.
  7. Choose Save to Disk then click OK.
  8. Select a location to save your file, and click OK.

Step 2: Importing a Comma Seperated Values (CSV) file into Zigtag

  1. Using the top navigation, select My Account > Address Book.
  2. Click the Import Contacts button.
  3. In the section Importing Contacts from CSV File,
    Browse for the file you have just created with Gmail.
  4. Select the file your-contacts.CSV and click Open.
    The Address Book field is now populated with the location of the CSV file.
  5. Click the Import button directly below the Address Book field.
  6. Read through the list and confirm, with checkmarks, which contacts you wish to import into Zigtag. Click Import at the bottom of the list.
  7. Done. Within minutes you should receive an email from do-not-reply@zigtag.com confirming that these contacts have been imported.
